The information that is entered is immediately ready for use in MetaKocka and Order Management. No additional transfers are necessary.

Inventory

Using a scanner for EAN codes, you can quickly do the inventory of the entire warehouse or just a part of it to correct the inventory quantities.

Inventory can be done several times a day in the same warehouse, without halting the business operations of the company.

Order picking

As soon as the Operations finish preparing the orders for dispatch, the warehouse can see on the scanner the dispatch needs combined by SKU code and warehouse locations, which enables the optimal route.The warehouse personnel scans the required quantities in the warehouse and forwards them to dispatch.

Dispatch

By scanning the delivery service label, Dispatch can see on the display who the recipient of the order is and what the package must include. By scanning the items in the package, the correctness of the order is verified and dispatch is completed. If a wrong code is scanned, a warning is displayed saying that an incorrect item has been packed, which prevents the sending of the wrong items and returns/replacements later on.

Undelivered packages

Warehouse quickly reviews the undelivered packages, scans the labels and sees on the display which orders came back.

Immediately after confirmation, returns of inventory are created automatically and credit notes are created for the invoices that were issued for the sent orders.
