How an integration makes your job easier?
Sending delivery information for your orders to delivery services is easy and fast. You select all the orders you want to ship, send the data to the delivery service and in response you get labels with tracking numbers which can be automatically sent to your customers reducing the number of uncollected / undelivered packages.
Shipment tracking and automatic notification
After sending data to the delivery service, each order receives a tracking number, allowing you to have an accurate overview of the delivery status for every sent shipments from your warehouse to the customer’s door in real time. Accurate information regarding shipment status enables easy communication with customer and enables quick intervention if the customer was unavailable or did not pick up the shipment.
Automatic notifications and electronic invoices
Tracking the delivery status allows Ordermanagement to automatically notify your customers when an order is shipped. When order has been delivered, the order is automatically closed and an electronic invoice is sent.
